MAPPING UTILITY TIPS TIPS FOR ORGANIZATIONS Name your mapping files with a combination of your organization identifier and version number. Typically, the version format is: mm.nn where mm indicates the major version and nn indicated the minor version. For example, the first release for an organization ID "BEEKA" would be saved to a file named "BEEKA 1.0.txt". Incrementation of the version number is completely arbitrary although new versions must always have a higher number in order for the ButtonBox™ Desktop to detect the upgrade. Normally, for significant revisions, the major version is incremented and the minor version is reset to 0. For example, version 1.0.0.39 becomes 2.0.0.1   Prev Tips | Next Tips
