A status window is displayed while your mapping files and images (as requested) are being transferred to the ButtonBox Enterprises server.
Once the transfer is complete, check the Status column and verify all the entries are "Finished".
Exit the status window by clicking on the "Close" button.

You might notice that two additional files are transferred.
These files are automatically generated by the Mapping Utility and are required by the ButtonBox™ Desktop to support the organization updates.
The ".btbx" file is an encrypted version of your ".txt" file.
The other file (named based on your Org ID) contains version information and a list of files that should be downloaded to the user's PC during the background organization update.

Handling Error Conditions:
If any errors occurred, the "Retry" button will be enabled as an option at the bottom of the status window.
To resubmit all of the mapping files, click on the "Retry" button.
