PUBLISH — SEND AS E-MAIL ATTACHMENT

When you have selected "Send as E-mail Attachment" in the main publishing dialog and have clicked on the "Publish" button, a popup window is displayed to gather additional information.

At a minimum, you must specify a recipient (To) and a subject for the message. The "Send" button will be not enabled until the required information is present. Some fundamental validity checking is performed on all of the recipient e-mail addresses.

Each field is described in detail below.

 
 
From: Your name and E-mail address. This information is defined under the E-mail tab in the Options dialog.
To (required): Enter the e-mail address of the recipient. Only one e-mail address is allowed in this field. To send the mapping file to more than one recipient, use the blind carbon copy (BCC) field. This field cannot be left blank.
BCC: Enter the e-mail addresses of additional recipients. Separate each additional e-mail address with a semi-colon (;).
Subject (required): Enter the subject of your message. This field is prefilled for your convenience and may be changed as desired. This field cannot be left blank.
Message: Enter the contents of your message. This field is prefilled for your convenience with a brief description of the attachment. You may leave the text, change it, or add to it.
Mail Status: This area will show the process and resulting status of each e-mail sent after the "Send" button is clicked. Once all of the e-mails are sent, click on the "Close" button to exit the publish dialogs.
