PUBLISH "MY ORG" Test Locally If you want to test your new "My Org" mapping file with the ButtonBox™ Desktop prior to distributing it to your ogranization, publish it locally. Until you do this step, the ButtonBox™ Desktop will continue to utilize the current "My Org" mapping file. Instructions for publishing the mapping files locally can be found here. If you have the ButtonBox™ Desktop side panel displayed, the changes will take place immediately after you perform the local publish. Otherwise you will see the new "My Org" mappings the next time you launch the application.   Distribute to Organization Members In order for your organization members to obtain the latest "My Org" mappings, you must publish it to the ButtonBox™ Enterprises server. If the people in your organization have the ButtonBox™ Desktop active on their PCs, they will receive their updated organization mapping data within 12 hours. Otherwise they will receive the update the next time they launch the Desktop application. Instructions for publishing the mapping files to the ButtonBox Enterprises server can be found here.
