UPDATES — ORGANIZATION

Navigation data associated with the "My Org" category of the ButtonBox™ Desktop side panel is based on your organizational ID.

The ButtonBox™ Desktop checks for new organization data twice a day.

If new organization data is available for the ButtonBox™ Desktop categories, it is automatically downloaded to your PC. No extra intervention is required on your part.

 
 
Current Version: The current version number of your ButtonBox™ Desktop organization data.
Notify When Available: This checkbox controls whether the ButtonBox™ Desktop notifies you of when new organization data was downloaded to your PC. If enabled, a system tray popup balloon will be displayed with the new version information.
Check for Updates: At any time, you can check to see if new organizataion data is available by clicking this button.

The ButtonBox™ Desktop will check the ButtonBox Enterprises server for new organizataion data. If there is new data available, it will immediately be downloaded to your PC. If you already have the most recent organizataion data, you will be notified via a popup window.
