PROPERTIES — "MY BUTTONS" The "My Buttons" tab contains properties related to launching the supplemental Mapping Utility software. NOTE: This tab will only be visible when the Mapping Utility is installed on the PC. Until you have "published" your own "My Buttons" mapping file, the Mapping Utility is accessible via the "Advanced Options" button located in the lower righthand corner of the "Confiure My Buttons" dialog. When this button is pressed, you will be prompted as to which mapping file to load into the Mapping Utility. Control of this popup window is provided by the "My Buttons" properties. Each field of this tab is describe in detail below. For further information, please consult the Mapping Utility online help.   Figure 14. "My Buttons" Properties   Always prompt: Click on this button if you always want to be prompted as to which mapping file to load into the Mapping Utility. Select Mapping File: Click on this button if you always want the temporary mapping file maintained by the Mapping Utility to be loaded. Select Desktop File: Click on this button if you always want to use the simple "My Buttons" mapping file maintained by the ButtonBox™ Desktop via the "Configure My Buttons" dialog. WARNING: If you select the ButtonBox™ Desktop version, any existing temporary mapping file WILL BE OVERWRITTEN.   Prev Properties Topic | Next Properties Topic
