Launch at Startup:
Check this box if you want the ButtonBox™ Desktop to automatically be launched whenever you start Windows®.
|
|
Always On Top:
This checkbox controls whether the ButtonBox™ Desktop side panel is displayed on top of all other windows.
If this box is checked, other application windows will not be allowed to expand into the side panel when they are maximized.
If you move other windows around on the screen, you will appear to slide under the side panel.

|
Position the Panel:
Specifies if the ButtonBox™ Desktop side panel should be positioned on the right or left side of your screen.

Hide Options:
There are times when you might want to hide the ButtonBox™ Desktop side panel but continue to have the application running.
Two hide options are defined:
-
Show / Hide when system tray icon double-clicked
This option will toggle the display of ButtonBox™ Desktop side panel each time you double click the left mouse button while the mouse pointer is over the ButtonBox™ arrow in the system tray (Figure 4).

-
Auto-hide panel to the side
This option will "slide" the ButtonBox™ Desktop side panel off the edge of the screen whenever the application is not the active window (i.e. not focused).
The side panel will "slide" back into view whenever the mouse pointer is moved to that edge of the screen.
|
Display Size of Panel:
The ButtonBox™ Desktop has two different display sizes.
Click on the button in front of the size you want.
For low screen resolutions (1024x768 or less) or use with laptops, select "Small".
NOTE: In order for the new display size to take effect, the ButtonBox™ Desktop will be restarted upon request.
